This is one of my brother’s favorite all-time recipes, hasbrown casserole. I think he would eat it 3 times a day everyday for the rest of time. I will admit, it is pretty amazing.
Here’s what you will need:
hashbrowns, cream of chicken soup, butter, shredded cheddar cheese, onion, sour cream, salt, and pepper
So, ignore the milk and pretend it is an onion. My bad…
huge GINORMOUS mixing bowl, combine a 2lb bag of frozen hasbrowns, 1/4 cup chopped onion, 2 cups shredded cheese, 1 pint sour cream, cream of chicken soup, and 1/2 cup melted butter. Also, add in a little salt and pepper to taste.
Mix all this yumminess together.
Pour this into a large baking dish. If you want, you could add some shredded cheddar cheese to the top to make it even more yummy.
Bake this at 350 for 45 minutes. ENJOY!!
P.S. If you are concerned about the calories you are about to intake, don’t! It’s Easter, the last time you had a good excuse to eat all sorts of yumminess was Christmas. You can get carried away every now and then, and it doesn’t count!
