Today was a very exciting day. It was my best friend’s baby shower. Lacey has been one of my best friends since elementary school. I can vividly remember her talking about being a mommy in the fourth grade, so needless to say her and her husband are thrilled to by having a little baby boy. I must admit that up until this point in my life I still felt like more of a kid than a grown up. But, there is just something about knowing that one of my friends is having their own little guy that made me finally think to myself “Well what do you know I am a big kid now!”

I know Lacey and Warren are going to be great parents and can’t wait to meet Thomas Guy in the very near future!
